Objectives
To provide the group with skill in running of their projects's profitability.
To promote & facilitate development of organisation projects.
To demonstrate that teamwork can be developmental & productive by providing training and technical advice to the Community Based Organisation (CBOs) and other related organisations.
To create awareness about microfinance practice and its new products.
To train groups in managing business and economic activities like mordern agricultural methods.
Background
The organisation was formed in January 2002 and officially registered and incorporated in February 2002 as a company limited by quarantee and an NGO.

Northern Recovery Microfinance is a Micro-finance Institution that aims at promoting sustainable Economic Development for the capable low-income earners. It is formed by some enlightened and knowlegeable Ugandans who have participated in developmental activities in Uganda and elsewhere.

We also serve as a Training Agency offering support to the development monitoring and eveluation of micro/small scale enterprises with viable economic activities including CBOs, NGOs, Government Institutions, the private sector, and the business community in general.

We also have highly qualified professional and skilled staff who make hand-on-dissemination of knowledge to our clients.

Vision
NOREMI shares the view that once an income generating activity has been initiated, it should stand the test of time without necessary having to be dependent on the initiators.
